What Kind of Shopper are You?

Grocery Shopping can be the two Ugliest words in our vocabulary today, let me explain why!

Most of Us have very little time to do it so sometimes we do not do it very well if at all really.
According to a recent study Identify your M.O. these shopping experts put all of Us in (4) categories.

Let me list them for you and see what group you see yourself in.

29% Explorers
You are a browser and impulse buy, never using a grocery list to guide you.

26% Time Stressed
You grab & go no list, no coupons, no time to think out a menu.

23% Trip Planners
Your list all the rules, if it's not on your grocery list you don't buy it! And you don't need it Period!

22% Bargain Hunters
Your bumper sticker should read I'd rather be clipping coupons, like those woman who only buy what they have a coupon for?
This is a Coupon Queen mind set and creates overbuying of items you may never use or ever need.

Here is my solution:
Use your savvy and do online coupon clipping, plan a menu around your families tastes, this way less food is wasted.
Each week as a family there should be one new menu item to try, each member of the family has one vote on their favorite and the one who wins get theirs for the one day.

Always and I mean always there should be a healthy choice of veggie options and fresh fruits.

We all like a little Junk food or Fast food items but it should never ever be our Mainstay Diet of Eating.

Remember Eating Healthy is a Lifestyle not a fad or something we do when we feel guilty, it will save all of us obesity, diseases and add years to all of our Lives.

**Information for this article comes from the Supermarket Smarts column of Rachael Ray's magazine.

I hope this helped all who read it and when you are in need of a Super Shopper and One who can Micro-Manage please call The Diva she is always watching out for your health and your waistlines.
