Organic Chicken Pot Pie!!!


The Old saying "Your are what you Eat" is very true indeed. Why you ask, well let's talk about that for a bit.

Fast foods chains may be trying to lure us back with the salads, or the wraps, but do you really know what is in them? how many calories are there in each one?
How much sugar in the dressing, and what did you pick for a beverage?

Why am I asking all these questions because when they say Fast food that is what it means, it does not mean Home made, made to order ...

Grilled Cheese & Cran -Raisin Salad

Comfort foods are so welcoming when you are not feeling well, or had a Bad day, or the weather is just plain awful.:( 

The Diva has one of her fav's pictured above, grilled Cheese and a side salad. This all American Classic has many variations but when I want the good old original I get my sliced cheddar, pepper-jack, and Colby -jack cheese slices lined up and pre butter the sour dough bread or Texas toast  warm the 6" chef's saute pan up add a little olive o...

Heart Healthy Eating!

Eating healthy does not need to taste like FIBER....!
This pictured meal is low in calories and fat and will satisfy even a meat eater!

I love cooking and eating healthy, it extends your Life, you look years Younger, and you feel Wonderful.

My suggestions for eating well include cooking with Olive Oil, eating lean meats, Fish at least 1-2 meals per week, plenty of vegetables and fruits. Whole Grains, and simple exercise. It does not need to be complicated and keeping it simp...
