Shrimp & Angel Hair Pasta!!!

How do you say perfection? with a forkful of shrimp and pasta. What else, they were like they say made for each other, put these two together in a room and I will guarantee you the plate will be returned empty, and No Room key was required:) 

Yes Food Humor but heh, you gotta play as you see it, or in this case as you EAT It... Preferably by the plateful with lots of grated Parmesan Cheese on top and a good glass of Pinot right next to it:)

Asian Pasta Salad...?

Divadish likes different things and likes to share those different recipes with her clients too. We get tired of cooking the same things too, so we step outside those boxes of cooking like a artist does her first watercolor or a architect does his first cabin home, we Love the challenge and the mystique of what if?

When this happens we learn something about taste and textures and it results in a new recipe we then can share with our clients and  it enhances our own experie...

Potato Salad

New York Salad.

Who eats the deli's potato Salads? I can't or won't they are so full of sugar, and are kinda like eating Paste, you remember the kind @ school when that kid Johnny use to eat everyday!

My potato salad on the other hand has a White Wine & Olive oil with real mayonnaise, Not Spin Blend, I hold up two fingers of the cross every time I see that commercial for M&M YUCK:(

I would not be Italian and my grandmother Julia would roll over in her grave,,, if I did not make a Pasta dish at least once a week!

Here is one of those I can't get enough of dishes...!

It has a very Fancy Italian name, but I choose to call it what it is,,, Angel Hair Pasta W/Sausage.
Of course there is a little more too it then that,,, it has sauteed red onions,green bell peppers,chunk ripe tomatoes,

Alfredo Pasta Dish

This Alfredo Sauce Pasta Dish is (6) layers of creamy deliciousness.

I use half& half for my cream, sweet cream butter, Parmesan cheeses,garlic,sea salt, a touch of sweet basil.
Add to that loads of (3) cheeses blend, and you have a Masterpiece even Divinci would want to Paint, then of course Eat soon after!

This is a special order only meal, and this particular culinary Divine was ordered by my C0-Workers.

Spaghetti Bolognese

Spaghetti Bolognese
This is one of Divadish's all time favorite comfort foods!
It is rich, full of tender meats, and it is definitely one to Lust for!
The sauce is thicker , because it has tomato chunks in it and chopped onions.
The combination's of simmered meats, and a special mix of seasonings, and letting it slow cook for over 8+ hours gives this dish it's rich but delicate taste.
For this particular  recipe I used Flank steak & 93% ground chuck.
