What do you grab when you get a craving? Is it bread, a cookie, or chips?

Why are there always so many tempting food commercials? Making Us weak and always thinking about Eating!

Personally I feel it is a conspiracy between Jenny Craig and Weight Watchers, or maybe it is Medi Fast????

Who knows, and who has the money to feed their hungry pockets... Here is what I would like to suggest, Hire a Personal Chef who can keep the cravings at bay by feeding your Hungry Beast with satisfy...

Every once in awhile you take something on even though it is near impossible at the time. 
Well I did that this week, I took a very large private Catering event even though I was already booked and overextended.

Italian Potato Pancakes!

                                                               Tasty Potato Pancakes

The recipe for this dish is a guarded secret in my family and we have protected it for generations too!
 My mother got the original recipe from several of her close friends when she was a very young woman. She in turn gave to her (2) daughters and we have made this our recipe now. 

They are made from  grated russet potatoes and a multitude of special seasonings, add grated paramesen cheese and pan fry in hot oli...

What is a good breakfast for you? Is it a quick cup of coffee and a bolt out the door?
Or is it a sweet jelly doughnut and a cup of coffee?
How about one of those 5 hour energy drinks and you are good to go?

All of these above mentioned choices are a recipe for disease if kept up for long periods of time.

Being a Chef has allowed me into a lot peoples lives and kitchens some are very good about their own care and eating Lifestyle others are not.
