Being a Chef!

Being a Chef has it's rewards, one of them is being able to just create something you feel like. Yum, is what I call it when I step into my test kitchen and create something new.

Today was one of those Yum  moments, I live in Minnesota now and our weather is very changeable, so much so it is a common joke among  those who were born here, you must of heard it,"Wait (5) minutes the weather will change"

Strawberry/Cream Bundt Cake!

Let's start licking our lips now, this delicate cake has the makings of one of my new fav's...
Fresh strawberry puree/ strawberry preserves, cream, sour-cream & whole milk. You know this Bad-Boy is going to melt in your mouth, and make you cry like a Baby for More! Of course I am going to use a cream cheese icing with strawberry preserves drizzled over that... Have you stroked out yet!? If not then pick up the phone and order yours, so you can have the Whole thing. Cost $48.00.. serves 12-15 p...
