Lunch for One?

                                       Cranraisen Chicken Salad Sandwich

Divadish kitchens presents Lunch for one:

Organic white chicken breast meat app. 6 ozs.
1/4 -1/3 cup of Mayonnaise
Dash of Sea Salt
Small bunch of Craisins
Dash of Caraway seed
*Optional slivered almonds small amount

** Mix all above ingredients together serve this delicious chicken salad on any type of toasted bagel, mine is a Cinnamon Raisin with a light amount of butter on it first.

**Serve with aside salad, mine is with a Honey/White Wine Vinaigrette salad.
And Whala you have a absolutely Delicious Lunch for one or even (2) people if you like to share, if not I'm not Your Mother so go for it....!

Now if you like a sweet afterwards I highly recommend my Anisette Almond Butter Cookies, they are small bitefuls of pure Ecstasy and Yes you have more than just one... Oh Yeah for Me.
