Grilled Chicken Flatbread Sandwich

 Grilled meat always taste better doesn't it. This particular sandwich was a new recipe I was trying and I gotta say it turned out Yummy with a capital "Y"!

Sometimes you can just eat the whole thing just standing there in your kitchen, but you know you should go sit down at the table like a Lady,,, yeah right....!

Well I did go sit down and not because I am a Lady, but I was dropping food all my kitchen floor and thought it would be less messy if I just sat down.

This flatbread sandwich was like a Dream I had in a Past Life, really, and here is how that Dream went.

Ingredients:
Soft Taco Shells (2) make one serving
Warm them before putting on ingredients

Grilled Seasoned Chicken ( Garlic, Olive Oil, and fresh squeezed Lime juice and sear all together in pan) 

Sliced sweet bell mini peppers, sliced red onions, mushrooms if you got them add to above mixture.

When all is cooked not mushy just cooked set aside 

Take warmed Taco shell add cooked mixture and top with feta cheese, squeeze a little extra lime juice on it and a dash of Sea Salt, Close and hold together with tooth pick.

Now you also could slice Avocado on this already delicious sandwich and sliced black olives, or Peperconni's, the list is endless really, because No Matter what you do, this sandwich is a 10+ in my new recipe books.!!!!!
