Fried Ravioli

I LOVE doing fun new things with food. No it is Not State Fair time but it could be @ Divadish Kitchens.

Boil them till cooked 5-8 minutes till they float to surface and this indicates they are done.

These beauties are Spinach & Feta and pan fired in Olive Oil and are delicious.

Then layer them in a 9x13 pan grate each layer with Parmesan Cheese and broil for app. 3-4 minutes till lightly brown.
Serve with a green salad, preferably with Italian or Greek dressing.

This extra process makes them taste like Spinach Pie( Spanakopita)  in Greek and it is so easy to do.

I hope you enjoy this weeks recipe from Divadish Kitchens & Catering
