We all should eat better, take the time to eat slower, not eat things from a microwave package, or frozen sections of our favorite grocery stores.

Why? because most of these products contain hidden calories, salt, sugars and preservatives.
You get something Fast, Cheap, not Nutritious and your Waistline gets the negative results from these poor decisions. 


We really need to be making better food choices, Insurance Companies are now jumping on the Band Wagon and are starting to add surcharges to our premiums because We as a Nation are Overweight, and Unhealthy.  

Even the Airlines are starting to charge Us for Weight related seating. So if you are too Big for your one allocated seat you will be paying EXTRA...

What can you do about all this New Ruling? You can look out for yourself better, by skipping the extra servings, skipping the Sugars, eliminate Soda from your beverage choices, and start adding more veggies, fruits, charged waters, water and Milk.

Eating Healthy is a Lifestyle not a Quick Fix, it is not filled with Boxed dinners, fast foods, and Processed Foods, it is filled with fresh vegetables, fruits and lean Meats.

It does not need to be boring, tasteless, or what is That? We can do this but you and Us need to get back to Basics, and restart the Eating Lifestyle and see what difference this will make in your Life.
