Brandy -Seared Steak!

Brandy Steak

Divadish loves her marinades, this one pictured is so good!

Using liqueurs or marmalade's enhances the texture and the taste. Of course you could do a little sipping before you turn it into a marinade.


Using Brandy, King's Spice and Garlic Powder with a dash of Sea Salt, mix in a little Olive oil and Whala it all starts to come together.

Brush the mixture all over pierced steaks, let sit for app. 3-5 minutes, grill in NSF Calaphlon pan and cook to medium rare, app. 160' internal temp. Mine has grilled mushrooms with wine and butter on it you may also use grilled onions, green peppers or other veggies, it is all good. And you will be barely be  able to make it to your recliner.
