Avacado & Poached Egg Sandwich

Power Sandwich 

This sandwich was featured on Dr. Oz's show for reducing Belly - fat, Male or Female.

it is delicious, easy to make and filling, and Yes it helps reduce that Spare -Tire we all carry around with us daily.

Why? because it has long been proven it is the combinations of our foods that makes our bodies work and the right ones also keep us lean and fit.

How to make this Power Sandwich:

Ingredients:
Whole Wheat English Muffin
(2) slices of ripe avocado
(1) poached egg
(2-3 tbsps. of olive oil
dash of Sea salt
dash of garlic powder
squeeze of fresh lime juice

How to:

toast English muffin
mix olive oil & seasonings together
add poached egg to muffin
add avocado slices
pour olive oil mixture over everything 
 

squeeze a little lime juice over everything
Cover with top muffin and EAT, EAT, EAT!
  


This sandwich will sustain you for app. 3-4 hours depending on your activity level, but even if you are very active, like you are runner, or work out like a manic, it is so easy to make you could do it all over again, or just make two to begin with, you know what you can eat for your meal size right?
