Cake we all want cake... yes dessert before dinner, sometimes, even breakfast before lunch, we experience strange cravings, is it hormonal? or is it just a craving? could be both, but who really cares, it's cake... I say Yes to this Bad Boy and get your fork ready and skip the plate.... Okay now let's eat Cake as the French would say.

Brandy -Seared Steak!

Brandy Steak

Divadish loves her marinades, this one pictured is so good!

Using liqueurs or marmalade's enhances the texture and the taste. Of course you could do a little sipping before you turn it into a marinade.


Using Brandy, King's Spice and Garlic Powder with a dash of Sea Salt, mix in a little Olive oil and Whala it all starts to come together.

Brush the mixture all over pierced steaks, let sit for app. 3-5 minutes, grill in NSF Calaphlon pan and cook to medium rare, app. 160' internal temp...

Smoked Pork Chop Dinner

Creating marinades for meats requires a creative side in you to come out. Why? because you must want to be a mixtologist to want to see what if I mix this with that to even try to make something new and Yes Healthy too.

Since I like being both, part Crazy Food Scientist, and a Personal Chef it is pure enjoyment for me to taste the
 results!
