Pasta Soup!

"Picture this," as Estelle Getty from Golden Girls use to say before she went into her story!

Soup is always on my menus when I prepare food for my clients. 
It adds balance to a meal and can also be a meal when they are as Hearty as the one pictured above.
This soup has a rich red sauce, fresh zucchini,carrots,chunk tomatoes, and  egg noodles.
Added a little semi - sweet red wine and  good amounts of Italian seasonings.
Simmered for 6-8 hours and let the flavors come together and HMMMMMMMM...

Whenever I dream about Greece, my fathers homeland, I get a little homesick.
What would it be like to sit a look out into the Ageian Sea and be eating a Authentic Greek meal.
Since my birth I have been blessed with good genes as they say, 1/2 Greek, 1 /2 Italian.

Sugar Cookies

Divadish Kitchens created (4) dozen of  these crunchy & moist cookies in her test kitchens last week.
I took my sugar cookie recipe, cut back on the sugar a tad and added some really crunchy English toffee bits to the dry ingredients. 
Then I thought why not kick in a little more  caramel, so I then added some imported caramel syrup.
What I got besides a Sugar Cookie Niravana high, was the perfect crisp & chewy all at the same time

Slice of Heaven

Sweet & Tart, what a great combination in your mouth! 
The American classic pie can be changed to the better.
Adding the  organic cranberries gave this apple pie a little tartness that your mouth was rewarded with a following bite of Yum!
Low in sugar, but full of taste, this delicious apple& cranberry pie was this weeks Winner.
Divadish loves to tweek even the best classics, and who can blame her when her customers come back for more.

Apple Pie

Apple & Cranberry Crumb Pie
Apple Pie is our all American Pie choice when we think of a slice of deliciousness.
This new recipe I created @ Divadish is just as delicious, but with a new twist.
Adding Cranberries, to the semi sweet apple mixture is like dressing up a old favorite and it also adds a little tartness to it. It really is a very good combination, and makes you think yummmmm!

How do you start out your day?
What is the first thing that goes in your mouth for breakfast?

Since we are all trying to start our engines on all cylinders each and everyday, then I suggest you put something good in your engines each and every day.

The above picture is Divadish's Buttermilk Waffles.
Full fiber, full grains, No Preservatives, and Good Tasting too.
They freeze very well, and have a frozen shelf life of app. (2) months.

Yummy doesn't even come close.

Are they expensive?
What do they cook?
Is it per meal?
What type of menus or cuisines do they offer?

These are all very good questions and can be answered in a telephone interview or appointment.
Generally if Divadish is coming on site it is hourly +groceries.
If it is to a  deliver a fully cooked meal it is the meal price on menu +delivery.
